BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7645, 7647, and 7649 Noah Reid Road, being on the northwest line of Noah Reid Road at Bonny Oaks Drive. Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block A, Charles E. Jenkins Subdivision, as shown on plat of record in Plat Book 22, Page 34, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4146, page 658, ROHC. Tax Map No. 129N-E-1-3. from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone and R-3 Residential Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Light apparel manufacturing only. 2. Entrance to the property from Bonny Oaks Drive to be at the west end away from Noah Reid Road. 3. A site-obscuring wooden fence shall be erected on the South property line with an outside screen of foliage. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
